These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the web design and digital services provided by Infodots Services LLP, operating under the brand name SgWebDesign ("Service Provider", "we", "us"), to you ("Client"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Services
SgWebDesign (Infodots Services LLP) agrees to design, develop, and deliver a website as outlined in the agreed project scope. The standard all-inclusive package includes up to 6 pages, domain registration, hosting setup, business email configuration, on-page SEO, lead generation form integration, WhatsApp integration, Google Analytics setup, and one year of post-launch maintenance.
2. Payment Terms
100% of the agreed project fee is payable upfront before work begins. All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are non-refundable once the project has commenced, except in cases of material breach by the Service Provider.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for: providing accurate business information and content requirements in a timely manner; reviewing and approving design concepts within 3 business days; providing prompt feedback during the revision process; and ensuring that all content provided does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Revisions and Changes
The standard package includes up to two rounds of design revisions. Additional revisions beyond this scope will be quoted separately. Changes requested after the website has gone live that fall outside standard maintenance scope will be treated as new work and quoted accordingly.
5. Delivery Timeline
The Service Provider aims to deliver completed websites within 7–10 business days of receiving all required materials and the initial deposit. Delays caused by the Client (e.g. late provision of content or feedback) will extend the timeline accordingly.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, all design assets, code, and content created specifically for the Client become the property of the Client. The Service Provider retains the right to display the completed website in its portfolio. Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
7. Domain & Hosting
Where domain and hosting are included in the package, the domain is registered in the Client's name (or transferred to the Client upon request). After the initial free period, renewal costs are the responsibility of the Client. The Service Provider will notify the Client at least 30 days before any renewal is due.
8. Maintenance
The one-year free maintenance period covers minor content updates, plugin/software updates, and basic troubleshooting. It does not cover major redesigns, new pages, or e-commerce functionality additions. After the initial year, maintenance may be continued under a separate paid arrangement.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
