Yes — we accept bank transfer in SGD to our DBS business account only (FAST / GIRO / MEPS). Full bank details are provided after scope confirmation. A 100% upfront payment is required to begin the project. We do not accept credit cards or PayPal at the moment.

Typical delivery is 10–15 business days from the date we receive your brief, deposit, and all content. The timeline depends on how quickly you can provide feedback during review rounds. We include two revision rounds. Complex projects may take slightly longer — we communicate this clearly upfront.

After the first year, domain renewal and hosting are billed at standard market rates (typically SGD 30–80/year for domain and SGD 100–200/year for hosting). We notify you well in advance before any renewal. You own your domain and can transfer it to any registrar at any time — we do not hold your domain hostage.

We use the latest technologies, including custom HTML and modern frameworks like Next.js/React, depending on your project. Most websites are custom-built, not WordPress. You won’t be editing it like a DIY builder. We handle updates for you, or set up a simple way for changes if needed.

Two rounds of revisions are included. After the initial design is delivered on a private staging link, you review it and send all feedback in one consolidated message. We apply changes and deliver the second version. A second review covers any remaining adjustments. Additional revisions beyond this can be arranged at a nominal fee.
